Relieve

Getting back onto familiar ground. But now with different set of mind. Finding back my soul is great. Something that trigger me to note it down while having my yoga class today.I was estarical to be able to go back on my personal spacc. Intense workout seems to have to revive my soul. Past 6 month of burying myself in work wasn't exactly healthy. Constant struggle mentally in self-survival mode sort of awaken me too... Something I used to overlook and never really understood... until now... I think I start to get it abit more... I hope I am on the right track and not get sucked into the viscious cycle... Everything happen for a reason... its might be hard to swallow... but it might be just the cure your need... Until then.. I'm glad I'm back on my track... Time to feed my Soul...
